Although every month the big manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, vivo launch their new devices, it is no secret to anyone that they are not very innovative. That is to say, of course the processors and cameras are renewed, as well as some small things in the design, but the rest we already know. Now, a small company called Nothing has bet on him to bring originality back to the world of cell phones with the Nothing Phone 1.

A few weeks ago we announced the Nothing Phone 1, a cell phone that manages to catch users just by its design. The phone boasts a completely transparent design on the back, thanks to which we can see the battery and other internal components, as well as a circuit of LED lights that give the phone a unique touch. And although the cell phone has not yet gone on sale, the strategy of revealing details with droppers has worked for the company. As reported on Gizmodo, the phone has already reached 200,000 reserved units.

But unfortunately not everything is rosy. The company has already revealed all the details of the Nothing Phone 1 and to tell the truth, it does not beat any other manufacturer. It is equipped with a 6.55-inch HDR10+ OLED screen with a frequency rate of 120 Hz. It will also have an under-screen fingerprint sensor, a relief! The processor is one of the latest launched by Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 778G+, whose most interesting feature is 5G connectivity. As for the operating system, like other manufacturers, it has its own interface (based on Android): Nothing OS.

At least its memory will be an incentive, since the Nothing Phone 1 boasts a RAM memory of 8 GB or 12 GB, yes, the phone has two versions. The internal storage will be 128 GB or 256 GB respectively. We still don’t know the megapixels of all the sensors but we do know that it has a dual main camera with 50MP sensors; one of the sensors is Sony and the other Samsung. Finally, its battery is 4,500 mAh with 35W fast charge via USB-C cable, which, according to the company, can be charged to 50% in 35 minutes.

When the phone was announced, it was expected to go on the market today, July 12, however, it presented some delays so it is expected for July 21. The company argues that it will come in white or black and although we do not know the prices for Latin America, we can get an idea with the prices for Europe.
