Realme continues with its launches for the entry-level range in 2022. This week it presented the Realme C35 in Colombia, a cell phone designed to compete within the VAT-exempt cell phone segment, with the promise of a camera capable of surpassing the average through the use of AI.
The Realme C35 features a triple camera system that undoubtedly needs AI support to excel in practice: its 50 MP main lens, accompanied by a 2MO macro lens and a third 0.3 MP depth lens. These are specifications that leave little to surprise on paper and that require looking at how well it performs in conditions such as night. The promise here from Realme is in AI support to make up for photos.
For this the equipment comes with a Unisoc T616 processor. Unisoc is not a manufacturer that has precisely surprised us in the past due to low-end performance, especially considering that this equipment is the only one with this processor reference in the country.
The battery is perhaps one of the points on paper that makes a good first impression. We have an independence of 5000 mAh, which in this range of devices is more than enough, with a fast charge of 18W, which translates into just over 50% in less than an hour. Points must also be given to its screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, although its 6.6-inch size may not help make it the ideal choice for viewing multimedia content.
Realme C35: price and availability in Colombia
The Realme C35 is available at Alkosto, Ktronix, Mercado Libre Colombia, Linio and Éxito stores and its launch price is COP$729,900. This price puts it in the entry category, competing with other devices such as the Motorola G20, the Samsung Galaxy A22 or the Vivo Y20S.
