Aleksander Skarsgård has for the first time confirmed his relatively new parentage, this after a reporter from Entertainment Tonight congratulated the actor on this very thing during the premiere of Succession season 4.
Last spring it emerged that actors Alexander Skarsgård and Tuva Novotny had been in a relationship for several years. Shortly thereafter, it became known that Novotny was pregnant, something she confirmed at the Elle gala at the end of April and then commented during an interview in Nyhetsmorgon:
“It was a bit difficult to avoid a nine-month pregnant belly from that angle,” Tuva replied – but declined to answer the question of when the baby would arrive.
So last November, Skarsgård and Novotny were caught on camera in New York. Skarsgård was seen carrying what was believed to be the couple’s baby, while Novotny pushed a pram in front of him.
Confirms parentage
Now Skarsgård has confirmed parentage for the first time. During the premiere of the series Successions fourth season, the relatively new father was congratulated by a reporter from Entertainment Tonight – whereupon he thanked him profusely.
“I hope you’re enjoying the process of being a father,” the reporter said.
“I do,” replied Skarsgård and then showed off a stuffed animal that he received in connection with the premiere.
“I got this on the red carpet,” he shared.
