Apple has bet everything on its new devices: the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch series 8 and the 2nd generation Airpods Pro. The latter took at least three years to arrive but we already know all the details. Greater autonomy, noise cancellation, security, we tell you all the news.
The first thing you should know, which has undoubtedly caught the attention of Apple fans, is that the AirPods Pro 2 can be controlled differently from the ones we already know. Now, to be able to raise and lower the playback volume, you can slide your finger up and down on the body of the headset and that’s it. This is not new to the market, but it is new to the company’s devices.
The headphones are equipped with an H2 chip, which allows you to cancel up to twice the noise. It has the adaptive ambient sound mode that allows you to hear what is happening around you, but without generating interference in what you are listening to. If you pass by a construction, the noise will decrease. Alongside the aforementioned 6 hours of playback time on one charge, Apple bumps up to 30 hours of playback time in total when recharging multiple times out of the box. Talk time goes up to 4.5 hours on a single charge.

In terms of autonomy, Apple has also invested its greatest effort. It has up to 6 hours on a single charge, but 30 hours of listening with multiple charges. That is, if you recharge them once, you can have 6 hours of autonomy, but the box will allow you to charge the headphones several times until you complete 30 hours of music. As for talk time, you can have 4.5 hours on a single charge.
As for the box… it doesn’t have many design changes from the 1st generation AirPods Pro. The option to find the case via ‘Find My’ remains. Of course, the company argues that they added a new (and better) speaker to listen better when you look for the box. However, so that you do not lose the case, it will have a small horseshoe to integrate small strings.
