Even with the registration approved to use Caixa Tem, and receive Emergency Aid and other benefits offered by the application, many users started to complain about the same problem in the application: account not located.
The problem is due to the fact that the flow of simultaneous accesses is high during business hours, and to avoid the appearance of this message, Caixa recommends trying to access your account outside peak hours.
However, if the problem persists, there are measures that can be taken to have normal account access.

What does account not located in Caixa Tem mean?
Several users of Caixa Tem used social networks to report the problems they were facing with the application, and the most common problem was the message stating that the account had not been located, or a message stating that there was an error when consulting — or accessing — the account in question.
This error, according to Caixa Econômica Federal itself, occurs due to the access of several users simultaneously — since the application not only provides Emergency Aid, but also other services such as digital savings and Pis/Pasep — causing a slowdown in the system and, consequently, errors when accessing the app.
How to resolve account not found error?
In case you are one of the users who are experiencing this issue, don’t worry! It is not necessary to make another registration in the Caixa Tem application — not least because the system will indicate your CPF as already registered — and, yes, take other simpler measures such as: verifying that the application is up-to-date, that your registration is up-to-date, and also try to access it during off-peak hours.
And if you don’t want to depend solely and exclusively on Caixa Tem, it is possible to transfer your money to other digital wallets — Mercado Pago and PicPay, for example, are the most used ones — through paid slips or common transfers.
In March 2021, Caixa began to gradually release the possibility of updating the registration directly from the Caixa Tem application itself.
To do so, if you haven’t already done so, just access the “Update your registration” tab in the application itself, send the necessary documents (CPF, RG and proof of residence). The cadastral update process can be done through the application on the cell phone and, therefore, it is not necessary to visit the nearest Caixa Econômica Federal branch for the problem to be solved.
