Ingredients

  • 200gr white beans
  • 8 to 10 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 c. olive oil soup
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 1 medium onion cut into large cubes
  • 1 large tomato cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 sprig of finely chopped parsley
  • 200gr peeled and cleaned shrimp
  • 200g squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 200gr of octopus cut into slices
  • 100gr clean mussels
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 2 shrimp or vegetable broth cubes
  • salt to taste

method of preparation

  • Cut the octopus into strips and cook in a pressure cooker and set aside.
  • Cook the beans with one of the shrimp broth cubes for about 25 minutes, leaving the pan closed until all pressure is released.
  • In a frying pan, brown the garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the squid quickly, adding the cooked octopus and shrimp.
  • When the shrimp are pink, add the other stock cube, then the tomato and bell pepper. Cool down some more.
  • In the reserved white beans, add 200ml of coconut milk.
  • Mix the braised seafood with the beans and add the mussels, finishing with the green seasonings and the oil.
  • Bring to a boil for the flavors to combine and add salt to taste.

  • 1 onion

  • 1 chorizo
  • 1 tin peeled tomato
  • 70gr white wine
  • 100gr water
