1. Use sunscreen

On sunny days, regardless of the season, wear at least SPF 30 to prevent sun damage, skin cancer and wrinkles. Remember to cover both face and body and to lubricate continuously during the day because the cream disappears from the skin after a while.

2. Regular training

Exercise not only makes you feel better physically and mentally, but also gives your skin a boost. When you exercise, extra oxygen is added to your skin and you get rid of waste products that it doesn’t want.

3. Never sleep with makeup on

It’s so easy to spend a few seconds cleaning your face, but we still sometimes skip it, which leads to disaster. Your skin likes routines so give it what it’s used to, remove the makeup and let it breathe!

4. Exfoliate

In addition to making the skin smoother, regular exfoliation allows all your skin care products to absorb better and work more effectively.

5. Do not squeeze pimples

It’s extremely hard to resist squeezing the little racks but please don’t. It is one of the absolute worst things you can do to your skin as you often have bacteria on your fingers that get into the skin when you squeeze. In addition, there will be wounds and scars that do not want to disappear. Instead, use an anti-acne cream on the pimple until it disappears.

6. Eat the right food

You probably already know that junk food is not a good idea if you want to have beautiful skin, but also remember to keep your overall sugar intake to a low level. What you should eat a lot of, however, are tomatoes, olive oil and kale, which contain a lot of vitamins and antioxidants that your skin loves!

7. Stop smoking

Smoking limits your lung capacity resulting in a lack of tissue oxygenation and in toxins that the liver must process, which will reduce the natural glow of the skin. In addition, your skin becomes dehydrated and wrinkled. Smoking is a big NO NO.

These seven rules are actually very easy to follow and will do wonders for your skin. If you manage to follow one of the rules, you are one step closer to the goal, two rules – two steps closer and so on. Think of it as a fun 7-step challenge where the prize is a skin to die for!
