While children may feel more comfortable sitting in the W position right now, they will thank you one day when they grow up with healthy joints and spine.
It’s amazing how a simple change now can save them from a lot of pain later, as they will spare themselves the shortening and stiffness of the hip and leg muscles, which lead to back and pelvic pain throughout the development of their bodies.
