4 Drinks That Will Help You Fall Asleep And Lose Weight While You Sleep

Cut the apple and add the pieces to the cup of cold water. Add the two teaspoons of psyllium powder and the cinnamon and mix everything very well. Drink it right away before the rind gets too thick. Next, drink a glass of water.

The psyllium husk mucilages act as a lubricant, aiding the digestion of food. In addition, they reduce the absorption of fat and provide a feeling of satiety.

For its part, apple juice, thanks to the pectin, can help you limit the absorption of fat, while the antioxidants in the fruit, especially quercetin, can help reduce oxidative damage and inflammation.

For this remedy you will only need:

  • Between 50 and 100 ml of sour cherry juice
  • 25 ml of aloe vera juice

An increase in melatonin, the hormone that regulates the sleep cycle, has been observed in people who drink this juice regularly.   • 180 ml of water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Mix the cucumber and grated ginger with the water and add the juice of one lemon and salt. Cucumber is a vegetable with very few calories and a high fiber content. Ginger reduces discomfort associated with indigestion that can disrupt sleep. Being a carminative, ginger reduces gas formation and relieves heartburn and upset stomach.
