3 ways to make tortellini

Preparing tortellini is the possibility of traveling without leaving home. The flavors of Italy are just that: irresistible and incomparable.

They look like small sweet pastries, even because of their unusual shape, but the dough tortellini belongs to the savory category and, with it, recipes are made to eat and cry for more.

From soup, to meat and fish dishes, we offer you a complete menu to include these little rolls in your meals and give them an international flavor.

Tortellini are part of several Italian menus, especially in the regions of Bologna and Modena, which claim their origin. Fortunately for us, we don’t need to travel there to taste such delights.
