It’s faster, saves on electricity consumption and it’s just as delicious.
Also, if you have children, they can help with the whole process, from confection of the dough – we have from the most traditional to the fit version for those who don’t want to abuse the calories – to the placement of the ingredients, which is the part that, surely, they will like the most.

Ingredients
- Ingredients for the dough
- 280g of wheat flour
- 120 ml of milk (120 milliliters)
- 1 egg
- ½ c. baking powder soup
- 1 pinch of salt
- Ingredients for the stuffing
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 3 slices of ham
- grated mozzarella cheese qb
- oregano qb
method of preparation
- Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl, preferably using your hands.
- Transfer the dough to a smooth, floured surface and continue to knead until obtaining a homogeneous and compact mass.
- Separate into 4 dough balls and roll them out.
- Place one of the pizza bases in a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip to cook on the other side as well.
- Once golden on both sides, spread the tomato sauce, cheese and ham and sprinkle with oregano.
- Cover and let cook for another 3 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.

- Ingredients for the dough
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. olive oil soup
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 c. turmeric coffee
- 1 c. salt coffee
- Ingredients for the stuffing
- Tomato Sauce
- grated mozzarella cheese
- sliced olives
- oregano qb
method of preparation
- With the help of a blender process all the base ingredients: the chickpeas with the eggs, the garlic, the turmeric and the salt.
- Grease a frying pan with olive oil and pour the dough. Model to cover the entire surface of the skillet.
- Bring to a low heat and turn as soon as it detaches from the bottom of the skillet. Turn to knead.
- Stuff with tomato sauce, cheese, olives and oregano.
- Cover for 3 or 4 minutes for the cheese to melt.
Low carb frying pan pizza

- 2 eggs
- 3 c. almond flour soup
- 1 c. water soup
- 1/2 c. salt tea
- 1 c. olive oil tea
- 1 c. tomato sauce soup
- Sliced mozzarella cheese – 1 to 2 pieces
- 1 tomato in slices
- 1/2 c. oregano tea
method of preparation
- In a bowl, add the egg, almond flour, water, salt and stir well.
- In a small frying pan over low heat, place and spread the oil, add the dough, roll it out well and cover.
- Wait until you cook well on top, turn when the dough comes out of the skillet.
- Spread the tomato sauce, cheese, tomato slices, oregano and other ingredients of your choice.
- Cover and wait until the cheese melts.
