  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 c. lemon juice soup
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 c. chopped coriander soup
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • salt and pepper qb

preparation method

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  • Remove shell.
  • Place the pulp of the avocados in a container and add the lemon juice.
  • Knead very well with the help of a fork.
  • Then add the chopped garlic, chopped onion and chopped tomato.
  • Engage everything very well.
  • Then add the coriander, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything very well and, if necessary, you can add a little more lemon juice.
  • Cover with cling film and store in the fridge until serving time.
