  • 600gr of tuna steak
  • 80g of ham
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 c. of oil soup
  • 2 c. of white wine soup
  • 2 c. of red wine vinegar soup
  • 1 c. of salt tea

  • Ingredients for the accompaniment:
  • 1.2 kg of turnip greens
  • 4 potatoes to cook
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 c. salt dessert

  • Leave the steaks to marinate for 10 minutes in salt, pepper, half of the sliced ​​garlic cloves, bay leaves and white wine.
  • Clean the turnip greens and cook in boiling water with the remaining salt until soft.
  • Wash and cook the potatoes with skin in water seasoned with half the salt.
  • Once cooked, peel and cut into slices. Reserve.
  • In a frying pan on the heat, heat half the oil and brown the previously drained tuna steaks on both sides for about half a minute. Withdraw and reserve.

  • 6 red peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 cans of canned tuna
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 c. of oil soup
  • Salt, fresh parsley and dried oregano, to taste

  • Wash the peppers, cut a kind of lid, next to the stem and clean the inside of seeds. Reserve.
  • Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into cubes.
  • In a bowl, place the peas in cold water and let them thaw naturally.
  • In a pan with boiling water, seasoned with salt, add the carrot and potato cubes and the peas and scald them.
  • Remove, rinse with cold water, drain and reserve in a bowl.
