- Place the chopped onion in a bowl with water and vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze with a cloth and book.
- On a platter, mix all the ingredients and serve with bread and a good wine.

- 600gr of hake
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 spoons of tomato sauce soup
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour

- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 boiled and chopped egg
- 3/4 of a cup of milk

- Cut the fish into strips, remove the bones and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and coriander.
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion.
- Add the fish and tomato sauce and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Mix the flour with the milk and add to the stew.
- Cook until you reach a creamy preparation.
- Remove from heat and add parsley and egg.
- Grease a pyrex dish with olive oil, sprinkle with flour and arrange the fish stew.
- Crush the cooked potatoes, still hot, and add the butter and grated cheese.
- Spread this mixture over the fish stew, brush with the egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve while still warm.

preparation method
- In a pot, boil water and dissolve the fish stock cubes.
- Add the potato, onion and fish.

- Crush well, forming a puree.
- Remove from the heat, add the flour, egg yolk and parsley, and mix well until a firm dough forms.
- Shape into balls and, in a pan with heated oil, fry them.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
