  • Cook the demolished codfish for 20 minutes and drain it.
  • Let the cod cool down, shred it into small pieces and set aside.
  • Place the chopped onion in a bowl with water and vinegar for 30 minutes.
  • Squeeze with a cloth and book.
  • On a platter, mix all the ingredients and serve with bread and a good wine.

  • 600gr of hake
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 spoons of tomato sauce soup
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 boiled and chopped egg
  • 3/4 of a cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

preparation method

  • Cut the fish into strips, remove the bones and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and coriander.
  • In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion.
  • Add the fish and tomato sauce and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the flour with the milk and add to the stew.
  • Cook until you reach a creamy preparation.
  • Remove from heat and add parsley and egg.
  • Grease a pyrex dish with olive oil, sprinkle with flour and arrange the fish stew.
  • Crush the cooked potatoes, still hot, and add the butter and grated cheese.
  • Spread this mixture over the fish stew, brush with the egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden.
  • Remove from the oven and serve while still warm.

  • 150gr of hake

  • 2 fish bouillon cubes
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 yolk
  • Salt and oil for frying, qb

preparation method

  • In a pot, boil water and dissolve the fish stock cubes.
  • Add the potato, onion and fish.
  • Let it cook, stirring until the potato is cooked and the fish shredded.
  • Crush well, forming a puree.
  • Remove from the heat, add the flour, egg yolk and parsley, and mix well until a firm dough forms.
  • Shape into balls and, in a pan with heated oil, fry them.
  • Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
