  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of long grain rice
  • 1 and a half cup of water
  • 2 onions
  • Oil qb
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 150g leek
  • 1 c. soy corn soup
  • 3 eggs
  • salt qb
  • pepper to taste

preparation method

  • Make a stew with olive oil and a chopped onion. Let it brown and add the rice.
  • Let it fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Then add boiling water and season with salt.
  • Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  • In a wok, put a little olive oil and add an onion cut into julienne strips, the leek cut into slices and let it cook.
  • Add the chicken broken into pieces and cook, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the corn and a grated carrot and stir.
  • Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with soy sauce.
  • In a frying pan, put some oil and make scrambled eggs.

  • 250g long grain rice

  • 2 c. coriander soup
  • qb soy sauce
  • salt qb
  • garlic qb
  • blonde qb

preparation method

  • Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Let it warm up a little and add the chopped bay leaf, garlic and onion.
  • Sauté a little and add the rice.
  • Let it fry a little more.
  • Season the mixture with soy sauce and salt and pour over boiling water.
  • Adjust the seasoning and cook for ten minutes over low heat.
  • Add the chopped coriander, mix well and serve decorated with unpeeled crushed garlic and bay leaves.
