Breaded pork with spring rice

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork ribs
- 1 cup of rice
- 100gr frozen peas
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can of corn
- 3 eggs
- olive oil qb
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 lemon
- sweet pepper qb
- salt and pepper qb
- flour qb
- grated bread qb
- Frying oil
preparation method
- Season the steaks with lemon juice, a little paprika, 1 clove of minced garlic, salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Make a stew with a drizzle of olive oil, 1/2 cube of chicken stock, chopped onion and garlic.
- When browned, add the rice and stir for 1 minute.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water, the peas and the carrot cut into small cubes and cover.
- When it resumes boiling, add the corn and lower the heat. Cover and let it cook until the rice is dry.
- Dip the pork chops in flour, then in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with very hot oil. Let it brown on both sides.
- Remove and let drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve the breaded decorated with parsley and lemon slices and with the rice.

Ingredients
- 2 thin chicken steaks
- 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper qb
- 2 garlic cloves
- qb flax seeds
preparation method
- Start by placing the steaks on a platter and season them with salt, pepper, chopped garlic cloves and lemon juice. Reserve.
- Line a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Place the beaten egg on a plate and the ground flax seeds on another plate.
- Dip the steaks in the egg and then in the seeds, then place on the baking tray.
- Place the steaks in a preheated oven at 180º for about 20 minutes, turning the steaks halfway through.
- Remove and serve immediately accompanied by cooked vegetables or salad.
Breaded turkey with cheese and ham

Ingredients
- 3 turkey steaks
- 3 slices of ham
- 3 slices of cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- grated bread qb
- salt and pepper qb
- Frying oil
preparation method
- Season the turkey steaks with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Book for 20 minutes.
- Then place a slice of ham and cheese on top of each steak.
- Fold them in half and secure with toothpicks.
- Dip the steaks in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Place to fry in a deep fryer with very hot oil.
- Let it brown on both sides and remove.
- Let it rest for a few minutes on absorbent paper.
- Serve with white rice or a Russian salad.
