Grilled cod salad with chickpeas

Ingredients
- Cod leftovers roasted on the coals
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 onion
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- Olive oil, aromatic herbs and pepper, to taste
preparation method
- Boil the eggs and cut into small pieces.
- In a bowl, place the shredded cod and the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and season to taste with herbs and pepper.
Baked cod tortilla

Ingredients
- Cooked cod leftovers
- 600gr of potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- oil and salt, qb
- Parsley and pepper, to taste
preparation method
- Bake the skinned potatoes in boiling water, seasoned with salt and bay leaf, for 35 minutes.
- Sauté the onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil.
- Add the cod, cooked and flaked, and the peeled and diced potatoes. Engage and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Arrange the mixture in a pyrex dish, pour the beaten eggs on top and bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
