Ingredients

  • 340g yogurt (natural)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Ground pepper and salt to taste

How to make yogurt sauce

  • To start, peel and finely chop the onion.
  • Do the same with the garlic cloves.
  • Then wash the cucumber and cut it finely, into small pieces and peel it. Reserve.
  • In a mortar, add the garlic, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper, and mash very well.
  • In a separate bowl, add the cucumber, yogurt and onion and garlic mixture.
  • Mix everything very well and cover your favorite meats.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt qb
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 packs of natural yogurt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • qb lemon zest
  • 1/4 dl lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

How to prepare yogurt sauce

  • Start by heating the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic.
  • In a separate container, mix the beaten egg with the yogurt, the juice00:35 and the lemon zest.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet.
  • Stir well, leaving cooking for approximately 3 minutes. Stirring constantly with tongs, cook for three minutes.
  • Add the chosen pasta to the sauce, garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
