Vegan vegetable pie

Ingredients
- 2 peeled and seeded tomatoes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 1 packet of puree
- 1 cup of palm
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 2 tablespoons vegan garlic paste
preparation mode
- Prepare the puree, following the instructions on the package. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the onion, carrot, peeled tomatoes, hearts of palm, peas and corn.
- Then add the vegan garlic paste.
- Once cooled, place the filling in a Pyrex dish, between two layers of puree.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 180º, for 45 minutes, until golden.
Vegetable and soy pie

Ingredients
- 250g skinless tomato
- 1 packet of puree
- 1 can of corn
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups of granulated soy, already hydrated
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- pepper and parsley qb
preparation mode
- Sauté the granulated soybeans, seasonings and corn in hot oil. Let cool.
- Prepare the puree according to the package instructions.
- In a Pyrex dish, alternate a layer of puree with a layer of stuffing, finishing with another layer of puree.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at medium temperature and serve hot.
