5- Green peas
Fake green peas were discovered in China in 2005, which were a mixture of peas, soybeans, green dye, and sodium metabisulfite (a chemical used as chlorine). These peas did not soften when cooked, but turned a sickly color.
6- Industrial salt
This type of salt is not suitable for human consumption but can be used for other things like oil drilling rigs. Traders in China try to sell industrial salt as sea salt which can lead to thyroid and reproductive problems and much more.
